My Fav Yogurt Snack

This is one of my favorite snacks! It’s great for breakfast, post-workout, or if you just have a sweet tooth and want a “healthier” option. You can also swap out the ingredients to make it healthier. These are just the ingredients I use and like!

I use the vanilla flavored Oikos Blended Greek Yogurt. It is smooth, perfectly sweetened and delicious! Honestly, all of the other Greek yogurts I have tried are pretty nasty...lol

It is a great source of protein as well! Sometimes I just eat a couple spoon fulls if I'm in a hurry and need a quick "on the way out the door" snack.

So after you grab a bowl and a spoon, choose which of your favorite fruits you want to mix with your yogurt! My personal favorites are strawberry, blueberry and banana. Cut up as much or as little as you'd like!

Add some more calories and deliciousness to your yogurt by adding some Jif Peanut Butter. I love love looooove me some peanut butter!!!

There are healthier peanut butter options out there with less fat and what not but I can use all the fat I can get at the moment. Or you can skip the peanut butter altogether but you'd be ruining your life..just saying :)

I usually add about half a tablespoon (I think) of peanut butter. Try adding less than you think you want first, mix it in, taste it and keep adding as needed until you have the perfect balance.

Next I add Nature Valley Granola which is also high in protein! I don't know about you but I'm always looking for good sources of protein to add to my diet.

I love adding the granola because it adds that needed CRUNCH. It balances out the yogurt and fruits perfectly!
